Job Summary:
As a Senior ETL/Tableau Developer, you will report to the Manager, Research & Development, and will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the ETL System for the purpose of building customized reports in timely manner. You will be working within our dynamic software development team, working in an agile environment with the objective of delivering the best product to our customers on time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and maintain complex ETL processes for data warehouse loading, report generation using Talend.
2. Analyze data requirements, study complex source data, create and maintain data models, determine the best methods of extracting, transforming and loading data into the data warehouses.
3. Working with business development team members for the delivery of client requirements and generate required reports utilizing Talend as well as Tableau.
4. Migrate existing legacy reports to Tableau, build new reports and dashboards in Tableau utilizing the data warehouses.
5. Monitor daily ETL jobs and Troubleshoot issues in the live reporting system.
6. Train internal development team members on Talend and Tableau.
7. Utilize Jira as a project management and bug tracking tool.

The successful candidate will have:

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of Talend ETL.
• 3+ years hands on experience in Tableau .
• 3+ years’ experience Java/J2EE.
• In-depth relational and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Working knowledge of various databases, including MySQL and Mongodb.
• Possess a solid knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes.
• Knowledge in Unix/Linux and Windows.
• Working knowledge in Maven, Jenkins and SVN/Git and knowledge in any big data technology is a definite asset.
• Experience using JIRA as a development tracking tool

You will be working within our dynamic software development team in an agile environment in order to deliver the best possible experience to our customers. We are looking for highly talented Software Developer who can be a “go-to” person on both front and backend.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and maintain Access Point Consultant, Access Point Mobile and future applications.
2. Troubleshooting production issues escalated from Customer Services as well as internally
3. Tuning code for performance improvement and memory management.
4. Involving in the design and architecting various modules and programs.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional team members on features, design and implementation.
6. Develop unit tests and/or mock tests for both front and back end (using Junit, Spring Test, Mockito, Selenium Web Driver, Jasmine).
7. Peer code reviewing, building Proof of concepts, mentoring junior developers.
8. Follow Agile Scrum methodologies – Attend daily scrums, Sprint planning & retrospectives.
9. Participating in weekly support rotation and providing 2nd level support.
10. Following and maintaining Company Information Security Management (ISMS) processes, protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The successful candidate will have:

Job Summary:
As a Programmer / Analyst, you will report to the Manager,Research & Development, and will be responsible for developing new programs and implementing changes to existing programs as well as all associated reporting as per the requirements outlined by our Business Develop Team and/or other related documentation and according to our solutions software functionality. You will also be responsible for enhancing our software and troubleshooting/fixing existing issues. We are looking for a talented and innovative Programmer/Analyst with vast experience in data analytics and program development.
